Store Build

€3,200 · four to six weeks · fixed scope

A Shopify store built for a fashion catalogue, not a general template with your photos dropped into it.

Collections structured the way a buyer actually shops. Product pages that show construction, fabric and fit. Size guides that cut returns. International shipping with duties handled, so nobody gets an unexpected bill when the parcel arrives.

This is right for you if

  • You've got a collection ready and nowhere good to sell it

  • You're on a store you didn't build and can't work out how to fix

  • You're selling through Instagram DMs and it's eating your week

  • You sell internationally and shipping and duties are a recurring problem

  • You're moving from wholesale-only to selling direct
  • It isn't right for you if you need marketplace integrations, a custom checkout, or a Shopify Plus build. We'll tell you on the first call and point you to someone who does that work.

    What's included

    Structure

We start with how your catalogue should be organized, by collection, by occasion, by fabric, by whatever matches how your customers actually browse. Get this wrong and no amount of design rescues it.

  • About, Contact, and all policy pages
  • Your catalogue

  • Up to 50 products uploaded with variants, images and formatted copy

  • Collections built and assigned

  • Selling internationally

  • Shipping zones and rates

  • DDP setup so duties are included in the price your customer pays

  • Payments, taxes and checkout configured

  • Google Analytics, Meta pixel and Google tag installed

  • A recorded walkthrough of how to run everything yourself

  • Written documentation

  • Two rounds of revisions
  • What's not included

  • Product photography, a separate service, or bring your own

  • Writing product descriptions from scratch. We format and lay out what you supply.

  • Logo and brand identity, that's Brand

  • Your Shopify subscription, paid apps and premium font licences, which you pay for directly

  • Custom app development or Shopify Plus work

  • Products beyond 50, quoted per additional ten

  • Migrating order or customer history from another platform
  • NOTE: Anything on this list can be quoted. Nothing on it will appear on an invoice you didn't agree to first.

    What we'll need from you

Product images, product names and descriptions, your logo files, and access to your Shopify account.

We'll send a checklist on day one. The build runs to schedule as long as those arrive within two weeks, if they take longer, the delivery date moves by the same amount. It's the only thing that reliably delays a project.

    The timeline

    Week 1
    Structure

Kickoff call, requirements document, catalogue architecture agreed. You send materials.

    Weeks 2
    Build

Theme, homepage, templates. You see it on a staging link and can look whenever you like.

    Week 3
    Catalogue and commerce

Products uploaded, shipping and duties configured, checkout tested, email flows built.

    Week 4
    Testing

We go through the store ourselves before you ever see it for review: every page on real phones and tablets, checkout run end to end with a live test order, shipping and duty calculations checked against each of your markets, page speed measured and fixed.

    Week 5
    Revisions

Now it's your turn. You get a staging link and a simple change list to fill in. We work through your first consolidated round, then a second and final one after you've seen the changes.

    Week 6
    Launch and handover

Go live, walkthrough recording, documentation, all access transferred to you.

    Revisions

Two rounds are included, and here's exactly what that means.

When the build is tested and ready, you get a staging link and a change list to fill in. Take your time with it, a few days is normal. Write down everything you want altered, then send it as one list.

We work through the whole list, show you the result, and you do the same thing once more. That's round two, and it's usually much shorter.

One list per round, not a stream of messages. This isn't us being difficult. Changes that arrive one at a time get made one at a time, which takes far longer and costs you the momentum, and it's how a six-week build quietly becomes a four-month one.

    What counts as a revision:

Copy changes, image swaps, color and spacing adjustments, reordering sections, product detail corrections, menu and link changes.

    What doesn't:

New pages, new features, adding products beyond the agreed number, or changing the structure we agreed in week one. Those are new work , we'll quote them, you decide, and nothing gets added to your invoice without your say-so first.

If you want a third round:

Some projects need one. We'll quote it rather than pretend it wasn't necessary.

    Price and terms

    €3,200

50% to start, 50% before launch. In euros, or invoiced in USD for US brands.

Two revision rounds are included, each one being a consolidated list of changes rather than a stream of separate messages.

You own everything. The store is built in your Shopify account, under your ownership. Domains, files, access, all yours. If you stop working with us tomorrow you lose nothing.

Founding client rate: €2,240 for our first three startup fashion brands, in exchange for a case study and an honest testimonial.
    Two places left.

    Proof

    Our own brand

Hapen is in Kosovo. Aiyah Couture is registered in the United States and sells to customers there and in Australia.

Everything in between, we do from here: production in Kosovo, photoshoots, the online store, content, ads, shipping with duties paid, and wholesale outreach to boutiques and showrooms.

We built it ourselves so we could learn the whole chain with our own money, sampling, freight, customs, returns, the lot. It's also the plainest answer to a fair question: can an agency in Kosovo really run a brand for the US market?
    We already do.

    The Ivy Vault

A Shopify store for a luxury fur house in the United States, full catalogue, men's and women's collections.

    Bleona Malsori

Store Build, Brand strategy, Meta ads and direct outreach for a haute couture label.

"Hapen took the digital side off my hands completely, the brand work, the site, the ads, reaching out to new clients. It meant I could stay in the atelier and design, which is what I actually want to be doing."

    FAQ

Because at €800 you’re buying a theme installed with your logo on it. What takes the time here is the part you can’t see: catalogue structure, duties configuration, product templates built for garments rather than generic products, and testing on real devices. If a template with your photos in it is what you need, a freelancer is the right call and we’d say so.

Usually, yes. If it’s on Shopify we can rebuild on top of it. If it’s on another platform we’ll tell you honestly whether rebuilding or migrating makes more sense.

We’ll quote the extra in the proposal, priced per ten. Uploading is the least interesting part of the job and we’d rather be straight about it than pretend it’s free.

Shopify hosts it. You pay Shopify directly, so there’s no hosting fee to us and nothing is tied to us.

Nothing, unless you want it to. You’ll have documentation and a walkthrough and you can run it yourself. If you’d rather we keep working on it, that’s Growth.

Yes, separately. We shoot for our own label and for clients. Ask and we’ll quote it.

    Tell us about the collection

Thirty minutes. If a store build isn't what you need right now, we'll tell you what is.
