Influencer marketing
From €1000 per month · creator fees paid separately
Finding the right creators for your brand, agreeing terms, briefing them properly, and measuring whether any of it sold anything.
The hard part isn't finding people with followers.
It's working out which of those followers are in the countries you ship to, and which of them buy.
Who this is for
This is right for you if
It isn't right for you yet if you have no product ready to send, or no budget for creator fees on top of the management.
Gifting-only campaigns do work, but they work slowly and mostly with smaller creators.
What we actually work on
Four stages
Find
We build a list of creators who fit the brand, the aesthetic, the price point, the customer. Usually smaller accounts than you'd expect, because engagement and conversion tend to fall as follower counts climb.
Check
Before anyone is approached, we look at where their audience actually is, how their engagement behaves, and whether their previous brand posts did anything. This is the stage most campaigns skip and most campaigns fail at.
Agree and brief
Outreach, negotiating terms, and a brief that tells them what the brand is and what the post needs to do, while leaving them room to sound like themselves, which is the entire reason their audience listens.
Measure
Tracking links and discount codes per creator, so at the end you know which ones sold and which ones just got seen.
Why we check the audience first
Reach is not the same as buyers
A creator can show you a hundred thousand views a month and still be worthless to you, if those views are in countries you don't ship to, or from an audience that watches and never buys.
We've seen this at close range with our own brand. Content performing well by every visible measure, reaching an audience almost entirely outside the markets we sell to. Impressive numbers, no sales.
So before we recommend anyone, we look at where their audience is, whether engagement matches follower count in a way that makes sense, and what happened the last time they posted for a brand. Some of the accounts that look best are the ones we rule out.
What's included
What you pay separately
Costs outside our fee
Our fee covers the work. It never includes what you pay creators.
Disclosure
Everything gets disclosed
Every paid or gifted partnership is disclosed clearly, in the post, not buried in hashtags.
That's the law in the United States, the UK and across the EU, and it's the client who carries the risk when it isn't done.
We write disclosure into every brief and check it before a post goes live.
If a creator won't disclose properly, we don't work with them.
Prices
Campaign - €1500
One campaign, start to finish: research, vetting, outreach, briefs, coordination and a report. Up to 20 creators, over four to six weeks.
Ongoing - €1000/month
Alongside Growth. Up to 15 creators a month, with the relationships maintained rather than restarted each time.
NOTE:
Creator fees, product and shipping are separate.
Ongoing is the better business for both sides. Creator relationships compound, the third post for a brand outperforms the first, and one-off campaigns lose that entirely.
FAQ
It depends on your market and the size of the creators. We’ll give you a realistic range on the first call, and it’s usually lower than people expect once you’re working with smaller accounts.
Rarely. Cost rises much faster than conversion does. For most independent fashion brands, several smaller creators outperform one large one for the same money.
It happens. The agreement covers it, and it’s part of why we check track records before sending anything. We’d rather lose a sample than a season.
Yes, when it’s agreed up front, and we always do. It’s often the most valuable part of the campaign.
Yes, though the two work better together, since creator content makes the best ad material you’ll get.
