We build and grow online stores for independent fashion brands.
From the first product page to the first hundred orders.
Store, content, ads, shipping, the parts that actually move stock.
You made the collection. Now it has to sell.
Most designers we meet are stuck in the same place. The samples are beautiful. The Instagram is busy. The store gets visitors. And the orders don't come.
It's almost never the clothes. It's the product pages, the sizing information, the shipping cost that appears at checkout, the photos that don't show the fabric properly, the ads pointed at the wrong country. Small things, all of them fixable, all of them invisible when you're the one who made the dress.
That's the work we do.
Three ways to work with us
Fixed price. Fixed scope. Fixed timeline. You know what you're getting, and what it costs, before we start.
Store Build
You need a store, or the one you have is holding you back. A Shopify store built for a fashion catalogue, collections, lookbooks, size guides, international shipping with duties handled. 4–6 weeks. One price, everything included.
Growth
The store is live and it isn't selling. Product pages, content, Meta and Google ads, email, and the analytics to tell you which of those is actually working. Three months minimum. Monthly after that
Brand
You know what you make. You can't yet say what you are. Positioning, identity, and the words and visuals that carry it, before you spend money pushing traffic at something undefined. 3–4 weeks. 50% to start, 50% on delivery.
Not ready for any of that?
Store & Growth Audit
We go through your store, your product pages, your ads and your numbers, and send you a written document: what's costing you sales, in priority order, with what we'd do about each one for only 300€.
Yours to keep, whether or not you work with us after.
Our own brand
Hapen is in Kosovo. Aiyah Couture is registered in the United States and sells to customers there and in Australia.
Everything in between, we do from here: production in Kosovo, photoshoots, the online store, content, ads, shipping with duties paid, and wholesale outreach to boutiques and showrooms.
We built it ourselves so we could learn the whole chain with our own money, sampling, freight, customs, returns, the lot. It's also the plainest answer to a fair question: can an agency in Kosovo really run a brand for the US market?
We already do.
The Ivy Vault
A Shopify store for a luxury fur house in the United States, full catalogue, men's and women's collections.
Bleona Malsori
Bleona Malsori Brand strategy, Meta ads and direct outreach for a haute couture label.
"Hapen took the digital side off my hands completely, the brand work, the site, the ads, reaching out to new clients. It meant I could stay in the atelier and design, which is what I actually want to be doing."
How it goes
We talk
Thirty minutes. You tell us where the brand is and what's stuck. If we're not the right fit we'll say so on the call.
We scope it
You get a written proposal: exactly what we'll build, what it costs, and when it's done. One page, no surprises.
We build
You see progress weekly, not at the end. Changes are cheap early and expensive late, so we show you early.
We hand over
You get everything, files, access, and documentation of how it's put together. If you want us to keep running it, we can. If you don't, nothing is locked to us.
Why us
We run a fashion brand ourselves.
Not as a case study. As a business with our own money in it. We know what a sample costs, how long India takes, and what happens when duties surprise a customer at the door.
We do the whole chain.
Store, photography, content, ads, shipping, wholesale. Not because more services is better, but because in fashion these things break as one system and get fixed as one system.
Fixed price, fixed scope.
You'll know what it costs before we start. No hourly billing, no scope that quietly grows.
Outside fashion
Not a fashion brand?
Most of our work is in fashion, but the same team does brand, e-commerce and growth work in other industries.

FAQ
Mostly, yes. That’s where we’re strongest and it’s where most of our work comes from. We do take clients in other industries, if that’s you, just write to us and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
A store build is €3,200. Brand work is €2,200. Growth is €1,500 a month with a three-month minimum. An audit is €300. Those are the prices — not starting points. If you need something outside them, we’ll quote it in writing before any work begins.
Four to six weeks, depending on how many products you have and how ready your photography is. You’ll get the exact delivery date in your proposal, and we work to it.
Because one month proves nothing. Ads need time to leave the learning phase, content needs time to compound, and anything we change in week one shows its real effect around week six. If we billed you monthly you’d be judging us on noise.
No. We work with brands in the US, Australia and across Europe, and we run a US-registered brand of our own from here. Everything happens over email, calls and shared documents.
Sometimes. We produce for our own label in Kosovo, and we can advise or introduce you. Whether we take it on depends on what you’re making, ask us.
We’ll tell you what we think went wrong and what we’d do differently. We don’t sell guarantees on outcomes we don’t fully control, ads platforms and search results move on their own. What we do guarantee is the scope, the timeline and the price in your proposal.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. If we can help we'll tell you how. If we can't we'll say that too.
